Adams County Cider - Authentic Flavor

Adams County, known around the world for the American Civil War and President Lincoln's famous Gettysburg Address, is known locally as a family community built on dedication, respect of the land, fresh air and relationships. We work hard and we play hard. We invite strangers into our community and our homes and we make them friends. The stories of Adams County are what make our destination special, we hope that you will discover people you wish to meet and places you just can't wait to see...

Adams County is Apple Country. Our farmers produce more apples than anywhere else in Pennsylvania. Their crop makes them the fourth largest producer in the United States. Today, a small group of growers are turning their attention to Hard Cider. From small batch, hand crafted to a growing name in retail, our growers are making a new name for Adams County. When you're in town, stop by Tommy's for a taste of Ploughman and Big Hill. Be sure to grab a pint at Reid's Cider House or a six pack of Jack's at Jack's Hard Cider (formerly known as Hauser Estate Winery). Once you taste an Adams County Cider, there won't be any other.
