Winter Baking Class Series at Hollabaugh’s

This winter our Baking Class Series replaces our usual produce-focused cooking classes and tackles some much sought after baking techniques. Register for one or all of our Baking Series Classes and transform your oven and cupboard know-how! 

• Bread, January 11: “How can a nation be great if its bread tastes like Kleenex?” quipped Julia Child. In this class, tackle two bread recipes packed full of flavor, Sourdough Bread and Chocolate Bread, and you will never go back to “Kleenex” bread again! Cost: $40 stand alone class or register for the entire three class series for only $100. 

• Pastries and Cream, February 8: Nothing says “baking expert” like offering your guest a beautiful tray of cream puffs and eclairs. Learn the entire process, dough-to-filling, and assemble your very own delicacies. Cost: $40 stand alone class or register for the entire three class series for only $100.

• Pie, March 14: Pi Day has swept the nation as an unofficial holiday and as an all-purpose excuse to enjoy the culinary equivalent. Expand your culinary pie skills and learn how to make a creamy, silky Cinnamon Pie to bake while here and as a bonus make a mini Apple Pie for your freezer! Cost: $40 stand alone class or register for the entire three class series for only $100.
