Join us for our first annual Hops & Harvest Beer Dinner and celebration! Celebrate the evening with your first tasting of beer as you tour our hops farm with the Thirsty Farmer hops farmers and brewers. Then, delight on a three course meal with hops-themed appetizers, a salad course, main course with local farm-to-table ingredients and a homemade dessert made with our own peaches! YUM! Each course will also feature a unique beer pairing for our guests (four in total). This exclusive opportunity is limited to 35 guests per evening. Hopped-Up Bruschetta: made with our own fresh hops, home-grown tomatoes and herbs, served with bread from Gettysburg Baking Co.
Cheese Board: with IPA jelly, Porter Jelly and Round Barn Honey Mustard, fresh apple slices, seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables
Hopped Chevre Amuse Bouche: local goat cheese with our own hops, hazelnut, parmesan crisps
Arugula and Red Leaf Lettuce "Malted" Salad: locally grown greens, our own apples, local gorgonzola cheese, Round Barn Vinaigrette, and roasted malt grains
Beer Braised Beef: slow-cooked beef in Porter
Hopped Peach Slaw: with our own, fresh peaches, jalapenos, jicama, cilantro, hops, our own sweet corn
Fresh Corn Fritters: made with our own sweet corn and our home-grown chives
A "surprise" delectable dessert made with our own, freshly picked peaches. Served with vanilla ice cream and topped with a homemade blueberry drizzle.
