For 120 years the Müller family of Seiffen, Germany has been making only the finest handcrafted products. Roger Lund, the owner of The Christmas Haus, is honored to have been able to collaborate with the current generation owner, Ringo Müller, to create something exclusive to his store. Together they created an idea that Müller had never conceived of before: a Centerpiece for a table, buffet or fireplace. The Centerpiece consists of three pieces. The pieces are designed to be stand alone, in a Round grouping or to be displayed Serpentine style. They depict the Christmas season of Seiffen, Germany in all its glory.
The first piece is a town scene with people milling around a vendor under the unique street sign Seiffen is famous for. The second piece is more fantasy-like as angels cavort around Santa Claus and a beautifully decorated tree. These two pieces are semi-circular. The third piece sits between them on a raised platform. It is the iconic Church of Seiffen with lamplights that glow using LED lighting. This set is a magical addition to anyone’s collection of German heirlooms.
For the first time ever, all three pieces will be available for purchase as a set for a limited time in 2019. Ringo Müller himself will be in Gettysburg for the first time ever to not only sign, but also to “sign and customize” each set sold from June 28-30.
Müller will be demonstrating how to make wooden trees, during this three-day special event. For people who purchase all three pieces one of those days, he will make a special tree and add it to your Centerpiece. Only sets sold these three days will have this special addition.
The Christmas Haus owner Roger Lund and woodworker Ringo Muller will both be signing pieces these three days ONLY. Only 100 of these Centerpieces will be available and each is numbered. Each hand made set of three pieces retails for $680. If you are unable to attend this event, but would like a set and wish for it to be customized and signed, you may preorder the pieces online at TheChristmasHaus.com.
After this event, pieces will be available and sold separately. We will not then be able to guarantee the number of the item (62/100, for instance) is consistent if you wait three years to purchase the set. Only if you buy all three pieces together will you guaranteed to have a consistently numbered set.
