Restorative Yoga

Join us for our restorative yoga practice the last Friday of each month at 7 pm. Restorative yoga is the perfect way to wind down from your work week and reset for the weekend.

Restorative yoga is known for its relaxing, calming and healing effect. The intention is to relax as much as possible into each posture, using as little physical effort as possible. This allows the mind to focus on the breath and release tension from the body. Restorative yoga classes are slow paced, with postures that are held for long periods of time. Props are used for each posture in order to allow the body to be in the most comfortable, supported position possible.
