Barre/Fitness Class

This class features exercises, stretches and light weight work designed to burn fat, strengthen and tone muscles, and help achieve a more flexible toned body. Aspects of ballet barre, jazz and Pilates exercised will also be incorporated. Students are encouraged to bring a yoga/ Pilates mat, and light hand or wrist weights to class.
