Beginning Pilates

Pilates is a great way to get your body ready for the beach, or just to feel better in your clothes. This class will be mostly floor work, focusing on controlled movements connecting your breathing to the muscle group; we will work your legs, back, belly, arms and balance. The moves that we will be doing can be modified for all skill levels.
