Decoda & Symphony Orchestra Concert

The Gettysburg College Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Professor Ari Isaacman-Beck, forms the core of the orchestral program at the Sunderman Conservatory at Gettysburg College. The orchestra performs a wide variety of works that reflect both the high performance standards at the Sunderman Conservatory and the orchestra’s place within the broader liberal arts community of Gettysburg College.

Decoda is a New York City-based modular chamber ensemble dedicated to creating meaningful musical experiences through dynamic performances, education and a quest for social impact. Decoda provides engaging performances, interactive concerts and enlightening discussions serving the widest possible types of audiences. Now in its ?fth season, Decoda's projects and performances have taken place in South Africa, the United Kingdom, Germany, Abu Dhabi, Iceland, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Mexico and across the United States. Time Out NY has heralded them as “a new collective of some of the brightest young classical musicians in the world.”
