Bands and Body Weight

Join us for this 45-minute low impact class focusing on training using resistance bands, light dumbbells and body weight exercises. These exercises are designed to increase strength, as well as help with balance and coordination. Chairs are used for seated or standing support. Set to fun throwback music, this class is very popular with our seniors in the community. Minimum 8 participants. INSTRUCTOR: Janelle Myers, Group Exercise Instructor
