A great weekend discovery and a must see for families! The 2nd Corps Field Hospital CSA will be onsite to help you discover the stories of the soldiers, surgeons and civilians of Gettysburg–just minutes from the battlefield. The encampment of living historians will depict a Confederate field hospital.
The site is open in summer on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only through August 12. Access is via shuttle from the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitor Center. Shuttle tickets (Adults $6/Youth $2) are available at the ticket counter or by calling 877-874-2478. Shuttle tickets are FREE upon request with the purchase of a Film, Cyclorama & Museum ticket.
