Wednesday - September 22 - Battlefields and Beyond Book Shoppe - 777 Baltimore Street at 6:00pm. Note this earlier time!  Our group will be taking a walking tour of the Gettysburg NationalCemetery.  Park Ranger Bert Barnett will present some of his extensive research on the poetry written by Civil War soldiers buried there as well as other poetic elements of this historic venue. Mr. Barnett did a similar presentation for the Pennsylvania Poetry Society at their state convention last year and will share additional information on this evening.  The shop is located across from the TourCenter in OldGettysburgVillage.  Parking is available off-street behind the museums near the cemetery.

Tuesday - September 28 - Eisenhower Room, Adams County Library, Baltimore Street at 6:30pm.  Regular Critique - Bring an original poem to share with the group.

We have a vast and varied group who may share anything from Emily Dickinson to Shel Silverstein, from unique gems found in rare books to original poetry!
