Rettland Farm: a farm-to-table story

Adams County, known around the world for the American Civil War and President Lincoln's famous Gettysburg Address, is known locally as a family community built on dedication, respect of the land, fresh air and relationships. We work hard and we play hard. We invite strangers into our community and our homes and we make them friends. The stories of Adams County are what make our destination special, we hope that you will discover people you wish to meet and places you just can't wait to see...

One of those stories is that of Beau Ramsburg and Rettland Farms. Beau and his family produce grassfed pastured pork, pastured broiler chickens, grassfed lamb, pastured hen eggs and organic grains. The food produced by Rettland Farm is available on the menus of several restaurants, including Fidler & Co. Craft Kitchen, as well as through a CSA program. Using locally sourced food is a growing movement in Adams County. In the heart of Adams County there is a farm - when you visit our restaurants, you will taste the difference. Take a moment to meet Beau and Rettland Farms...
