Local Wine Dinner

Enjoy a seven-course dinner created with fresh, local ingredients and expertly prepared from scratch by Chef Bill Martino of a local historic tavern. All courses paired with Halbrendt artisan wines. The winemaker and the chef will be present to introduce their creations. 

The evening will begin with a meet and greet at 6pm. Dinner will follow at 6:30pm.


  • First Course - Amuse Bouche
    • Artichoke bottoms stuffed with raspberry infused goat cheese 
    • Traminette white wine
  • Second Course - Soup
    • Maryland style crab soup with mixed vegetables in a tomato broth
    • Frisky Blush
  • Third Course - Salad
    • Fresh spinach with hard cooked egg, onions, tomatoes, and pecans with warm bacon-amaretto vinaigrette
    • Rosé wine
  • Fourth Course - Scallops
    • Pepper seared sea scallops over wilted arugula with turnip and white bean puree and truffle oil
    • Chardonnay
  • Fifth Course - Intermezzo
    • Blood orange sorbet
  • Sixth Course - Entree
    • Braised pork osso bucco with saffron confetti risotto and Italian butter beans
    • Cabernet Franc
  • Seventh Course - Dessert
    • Frozen chocolate and peanut butter pie with chambord whipped cream and blackberries 
    • Blackberry dessert wine
