With adventures to suit every budget, Gettysburg and Adams County businesses offer plenty of packages to help visitors create their dream vacations.
Gettysburg Community Theatre is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to providing year-round theatre arts education and performing opportunities for children and adults of all ages and abilities. Having opened our doors in 2009 with only 25 performances during our first year, GCT has grown so much and completed over 70 performances last year.
On Saturday, March 18th, we will be holding our 9th annual benefit gala, Hooray For Hollywood, at the Gettysburg College Union Ballroom. This year’s concert will feature special guest singers, The Keating Jazz Orchestra, as well as alumni of GCT who are now studying theatre in college and working professionally in the industry. There will also be a silent and live auction, delicious food stations, dessert, and open wine and beverage bar. All proceeds benefit GCT’s programming including the Penguin Project (Theatre for youth with Special Needs/Disabilities), Educational Programs such as our Free After School Program, our Senior Citizen’s Theatre Program, and more. Many of these children and adults might never have opportunities such as this, if it weren’t for the generosity of patrons of the arts such as you.
