Chaplain Rene Kinard, and his wife Rommi will present a Civil War era church service at the Gettysburg Heritage Center as part of the Remembrance & Dedication Day observance in Gettysburg. The uplifting service is filled with songs and scripture, similar to that of which the soldiers would have experienced, and much like our services today.
The non-denominational service is open to all. In the event of cold or inclement weather, the service will be held in the Heritage Center conference room. The service will last approximately 1 hour.
