This is a two part event on Saturday, November 10, 2018. Our first part is a battlefield walk and we will meet at Little Round Top and join Ted Chamberlain, aka Joshua Chamberlain, as we walk to the 20th Maine monument with General Chamberlain reminiscing on his service during the Battle of Gettysburg. Free time from 3pm-6:30pm. At 6:30pm we meet at the Dobbin House Tavern for dinner with Colonel Chamberlain.
Entree choices of salmon, prime rib or hunter style chicken. Entree selection needs to be placed at time of registration for the event. A cash bar is available during dinner.
Colonel Chamberlain will present a program following dinner titled "Unrequited Love: Just discovered letters between Joshua Chamberlains granddaughter and her married lover." Dinner will take place from 6:30pm until approximately 9pm. The cost for the event is $55 for adults, $40 for children ages 8 and under.
